Garages are available in standard sizes, in both the gable and gambrel roof, as listed below. All garages include the following standard features:

• Monolithic Slab (Stem wall slabs are bid separately)
• 25 year, 5/8", T1-11 siding, 8' oc
• 8' side walls (taller walls are bid separately)
• Up to a 16' wide x 6'8" tall roll up or overhead door (2'8" shear wall required on either side)
• 36" personnel door
• 2x2 Sliding, screened window

We conduct free, on-site estimates for all garages. Customization to your specifications can be discussed at this time. Garages are subject to all local building codes and require building permits. We will provide standard plans for permits. CALIFORNIA SHEDS may provide permit retrieval for customers at an additional cost. Call for price quote. You are responsible for all actual costs imposed by the building department and any special engineering required.

Prices are based on you providing a level site and does not include paint. Payment terms are as follows:

• 10% of the contract price or $1000.00, whichever is less
  
• 40% of the contract price, less the deposit, after completion of the slab
  
• 50% of the contract price after substantial completion of the building
  
• 10% (Balance) after "Structural Final" by the building department, irregardless of requirements for performance to obtain a Final Inspection (i.e. customer to paint.)
